Return and Refund Policy

At Eclipse Theory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer easy returns within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Sale items and final sale products are not eligible for return.

How to Request Exchange (Size/Color)

Agar aapko product ka size ya color exchange karna hai, toh aap direct customer account se request daal sakte hain:

  1. Apne store account me login karke Return / Exchange button par click karein.
  2. Apna exchange ka reason select karein (jaise "Too big" ya "Too small").
  3. Niche diye gaye Note (optional) box me apna required size ya color type kar dein (e.g., "Need Size L instead of XL").
  4. Request submit karein. Hamari team aapke bataye huye size ke mutabik naya product exchange karke bhej degi.

How to Return (Standard Process)

  1. Contact our customer service at support@eclipseindia.com within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a return label (if applicable).
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund (unless the item is defective or we made an error).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement.
